The Gigabit Media Converter and PoE++ Injector from Intellinet Network Solutions offers simplified migration from copper-based Ethernet to Fiber Ethernet while providing power to a compatible device at up to 90 watts. The device creates the easy expansion of existing networks with minimum cost and complexity. The converter is completely transparent to the network so the network performs exactly the way it did before – only now it can support both copper and fiber mediums.

Flexible Connectivity and Impressive Reach

Featuring one 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 port with support for up to 100 meters, and one SFP slot for 1000Base-X optical modules, this converter supports transmission distances of up to 120 km (75 mi.), depending on the module used. Whether across a campus or between buildings, it delivers reliable, high-speed data wherever it’s needed.

Ultra-High Power PoE++ for Demanding Devices

Deliver up to 90 watts of power via PoE++ to devices such as motorized IP cameras, thin clients, PoE lighting, and more. With a simple DIP switch, choose between IEEE 802.3bt, UPoE, or Legacy modes for maximum compatibility. Auto-sensing PoE awareness ensures that only compliant devices receive power — non-PoE devices stay protected and receive data only.

Reliable, Protected, and Built to Last

Designed for critical environments, the device features short-circuit, overload, and high-voltage protection, plus ESD protection up to 8 kV (air) and 6 kV (contact). Port surge protection up to 4 kV and a dedicated grounding point provide added peace of mind against electrical hazards.
